Why we built this
Every small business with a waiting line faces the same problem: customers walk in, see a crowd, and leave. The ones who stay get frustrated. The staff gets overwhelmed. Everyone loses.
The tools that exist to solve this were built for enterprises. Complicated dashboards, per-seat pricing, and six-month contracts. A salon with three chairs does not need that. A restaurant with twelve tables does not need that.
So we built MakeTheQueue: the queue management system we wished existed. Simple enough to set up in under 15 minutes. Affordable enough that price is never the reason you do not use it. Capable enough to handle walk-ins, appointments, text notifications, and analytics, all from one screen.
