Why we built this
Every small business with a waiting line faces the same problem: customers walk in, see a crowd, and leave. The ones who stay get frustrated. The staff gets overwhelmed. Everyone loses.
The tools that exist to solve this were built for enterprises. Complicated dashboards, per-seat pricing, and six-month contracts. A salon with three chairs doesn't need that. A restaurant with 12 tables doesn't need that.
