Yes. Free includes a location, a team member, starter queues, email notifications, the kiosk, the TV display, and the embeddable widget. No credit card required, no time limit. Upgrade to Starter when you need text messages, more team members, or appointments.

Every new account gets a 7-day trial of the Business plan with every feature switched on, no credit card required. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan automatically unless you pick a paid plan, and nothing you set up is lost.

The Free plan costs nothing and stays free. Paid plans are one flat monthly price per plan, billed monthly or annually, with no per-seat fees and text messages included. The current price of every plan is on this page, and the Custom plan is quoted to your volume.

Text sending pauses for the rest of that billing period so you are never surprised by overages; email notifications keep going. You can buy an SMS add-on pack at any time to top up for the rest of the month, or upgrade to a higher plan.
