What is a no-show rate?
A no-show rate is the share of customers who join a waitlist or book an appointment and never arrive to be served, usually expressed as a percentage of everyone who joined in a period.
What is perceived wait time?
Perceived wait time is how long a wait feels to the customer, as opposed to how long it measures on a clock.
