We use your information to provide and maintain the MakeTheQueue service, send SMS notifications to your customers on your behalf, send you account-related communications, improve our product and user experience, and provide customer support.
3. SMS and Phone Numbers
Customer phone numbers are collected solely for the purpose of sending queue-related SMS notifications. We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers for marketing purposes. Customers can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate MakeTheQueue (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Queue entry data (customer visits) is retained for analytics purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
