Branding controls what customers see on your check-in pages: your logo, your social links, and the colors on the self check-in screen.

Add your logo and social links

  1. In the admin sidebar, click Settings, then Self Check-in.
  2. In the Branding section, upload your logo. It appears on the check-in page for that location.
  3. Fill in any social links you want customers to see (website, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Yelp, Google). Leave the rest blank and they stay hidden.
  4. Save. The check-in page picks up the changes on its next load.

The Powered by badge

Customer-facing pages show a small "Powered by MakeTheQueue" credit. On the Business plan this badge is removed automatically (white labeling), so customers only see your brand. The Branding section shows whether the badge is currently shown or hidden for your plan.

Set self check-in button colors

The self check-in screen (tablet kiosk) has its own color fields so the main call-to-action button matches your brand. These are set per location, not globally.

  1. In the admin sidebar, click Settings, then Self Check-in.
  2. If you have multiple locations, pick the location you want to style.
  3. Set Button BG Color to your brand color (hex value).
  4. Set Button Text Color so it has strong contrast against the background.
  5. Save. The kiosk for that location will pick up the new colors on its next load.

Per-location overrides

Each location has its own branding field, so a multi-location business can tweak branding per site without changing the organization default. Start with the organization branding and only override at the location level when you need to.

Common problems

  • Logo doesn't load. The URL must be publicly reachable. Paste it into a private browser tab to confirm it loads without a login.
  • Button text is unreadable. Pick a text color with strong contrast against the background color. Light backgrounds need dark text, and vice versa.
  • Kiosk still shows the old color. Refresh the tablet. The kiosk loads its config on launch.
  • Social links don't appear. Only links you fill in are shown. Leave the rest blank and they'll be hidden.
