If your organization has more than one location, a location switcher appears in the sidebar. Use it to decide which site you are looking at. The switcher always points to a single location, so every page in the admin is scoped to that one site.
How the switcher works
- Open the admin and look at the top of the sidebar (or the More tab on mobile).
- Click the current location name to open the switcher.
- Pick another location from the list. The page reloads filtered to that site.
What changes when you switch
The switcher changes which data you see across the admin:
- Waitlist and Appointments only show queues that belong to the selected location.
- Analytics charts and totals are scoped to the selected location.
- Settings that are location-scoped (General, Services, Self Check-in, Custom Fields) edit only the selected location.
Organization-wide settings like Profile, Team, Plan, and Notifications are not affected by the switcher. They apply across every location.
Common problems
- I do not see the switcher. It only appears when you have two or more locations, and it's hidden while the sidebar is collapsed. Expand the sidebar with the menu button at the top.
- A queue is missing from the waitlist. The queue probably belongs to a different location. Switch to that location and it will show up.
- Analytics totals look low. You are viewing one site. Switch locations to see another site's numbers.
